We are successfully working on projects related to Biological Data Analysis, Diagnostic kit development, Protein Modelling, Protein Docking, and Microarray analysis. In Agri-informatics, we deal with creation of integrated Databases related to Agriculture Information, Decision Support System in agriculture, Development of Agriculture Software, and Farmer Information System.

In Eco-informatics, we deal with developing,integrating and maintaining data on types of pollutants, their source, effects of these pollutants on health and environmental quality.
